We are excited to announce a whole new format for ADMA Forum 2009 which will have fresh appeal to key marketing decision-makers and will deliver on the objectives of our exhibitors.
New for 2009!
New dates: Wednesday 8th July and Thursday 9th July 2009.
Without the pressures of financial year-end, the new timing makes the exhibition even more accessible for visitors and delegates. Plus it will coincide with many marketers’ planning phase as they seek new resources and have budget to spend for the coming year!
2-day exhibition: In response to feedback from a number of exhibitors, the new 2-day format increases time/cost efficiencies for exhibitors, whilst still reaching over 2,000 marketing decision-makers over the course of the event.
New hall and floor plan: Now in Hall 6 at the Sydney Convention and Exhibition Centre, the 2009 exhibition has an effective floor plan that has been designed to enhance the visitor experience. With 3 aisles and a clearer layout, the space has a much more intimate feel providing the perfect space for networking. Space is strictly limited, so the focus is on the most relevant resources for marketers, and those most closely aligned with the conference content.
What’s more, Hall 6 is located closer to the conference area giving conference delegates easier access to the exhibition, and making it possible to host afternoon breaks in the hall in addition to morning and lunch breaks.
More opportunities to network: Exhibitors will receive 2 lunch passes on each day of the exhibition to allow networking sessions with conference delegates during lunch as well as at morning and afternoon tea breaks. The ‘stand-up’ lunch and scattered networking areas provide a unique opportunity for conference delegates and exhibitors to interact.
Following the keynote session on Friday 10th July, the conference will conclude with an informal networking gathering at a stylish Darling Harbour venue. This official closing function will provide yet another opportunity for networking in a relaxed and informal environment.
Expanded free seminar programme: Due to an outstanding response from visitors in 2008, the free seminar programme area is larger in 2009 to meet increased demand. These free sessions are of great value to exhibition visitors and an innovative, educational programme will be a key benefit for marketing decision-makers.
Exhibition space is strictly limited. As the layout is entirely new, space will be allocated on a first come first served basis – so book now! By booking early, you will also benefit from an early bird discount of up to 10%! The early bird discount deadline is 12th December 2008. ADMA Members will benefit from a substantial 20% discount on stand rates.
